WorkProof Technologies Inc. (“WorkProof,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a cloud-based job-management platform for contracting businesses at workproof.pro. As part of the service, WorkProof sends account-related and job-related text messages (SMS) to users and field technicians who have opted in to receive them.
This page describes the messages we send, how users consent to receive them, and how to manage or stop them. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
SMS messages are sent only to users who provide express written consent. Consent is collected through a web form on our platform during account sign-up, when a team member accepts an invitation, or in the in-app Notification Settings where the user enters their own mobile number and affirmatively checks the consent box below. The box is unchecked by default.
Providing your mobile number and consenting to text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing or using the WorkProof platform.
Opt-in form as shown to the userWhen a user opts in, we record the date, time, and method of consent. We do not text anyone who has not opted in.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Sample messageMessage frequency varies and depends on your account activity and notification settings — for example, the number of jobs assigned to you or sign-in attempts requiring verification.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. WorkProof does not charge for the text messages themselves, but standard carrier charges may apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You can also turn off SMS notifications in your in-app Notification Settings.

HELP replyMobile information and consent collected for this messaging program are used solely to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the SMS gateway provider that delivers messages on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
